P M update

One of the flats bought back East Renfrewshire(E R ) working on it to-day





Almost finished apart from drainage works.














The mess both the tenant & myself have complained about this. The tenant has to climb over  this to get to prepayment meeter .When questioned E R staff appeared to be unaware that  this is a prepayment meeter.
