It's wet outside

  Hi all as I look out from bloger towers I see it is wet and I am starting to feel cold.It would help is I got dressed.

I have been reading some of the beefing papers I revived about the on going situation of mixed tenure in social housing.. The paper was issued to enable us to understand the issues relating to mixed tenure housing (flats) where some have been purchased under the right to buy. At this time it appears that some people  are unable to pay for repairs or upkeep. This is going to be a nightmare for some people.
