Hi All

Just revived more briefing papers from East Renfrewshire Council (E R )all about legislation in relation to oner occupiers applies. Some of this is a fall out from the right to buy & looks like it will a  long & costly process. this paper is available at all  E R council offices and is worth a read. It must be said this process affects all councils in Scotland

Not much else to report other than @ the start of next month the dreaded rent consultations begin.
