The Federation matters covered a report about hoe well the mixed tenure program was progressing and future plans to run with in the expenditure available.
On Monday we will attending the housing lesion meeting with East Renfrewshire Council ( E R )
One of the main items on the agenda will be rent harmonisation it is hoped that the historical issue regarding the difference in rents in the various parts of E R can finally be resolved. The historical differences have been a serious issue and must be resolved.
The other main issue will be the mixed tenure program and any major issues that have came to light.
May we remind you all that the clocks change a t the end of the mouth and we al lose 1 hr sleep.
