It's that time again

Winter is coming. I see that people are being browbeaten into warning extra clothing or only heat one room in their homes. Please check on any vulnerable person near you.

I have spoken to staff from East Renfrewshire Council ( E R) about The Wall. no real answer but they have been warned.
