East Renfrewshire Council ( E R ) wish to know how tenants & other customers view the service and they will use your feed back to improve the service you receive.
You can phone in to 0141 577 36895 or 8505 or you can pick up a form from E R offices. There will be a version on line,The survey will start on the 18th August 2014 I will post a link then.
Please complete the survey you could win £50.00 in vouchers.
The only way service's can improve is if E R receive feed back on services and the best person to do this is you the customer.
