To day I will be attending a meeting with East Renfrewshire Council ( E R) I hope to be able to pressure for action on The Wall. Something must be done about this situation.
This road is a major access rout to our wee bit E R should take action to repair this wall now. I do understand that the high cost involved but I belie that cost is no excuse.
One question springs to mind it may be cheaper if there is a land slip then build a new retaining wall.
The main issue is safety which is paramount and without question this in the most important part of the mater.
You can help revitalise our bit perhaps you can think of something for our wee hall
Do not forget that it is our hall and could be put to more & better use but it needs you & others to get together and get things moving to improve our home area. Please give it some consideration.
