please look at this important paper. It is all about consultation and has a major effect on how E R consults with all its customers.

My rant about The Wall will continue.

     Something must be done about the situation as this retaining wall may well be in an extremely dangerous condition. We ask again for a new survey of the situation. There is a possibility that peoples safety may be a risk.
