On a more important issue more and more people are getting in to a bit of a state about the up and cumming bead room tax. It is not our place to offer advice so pleas contact the local citizens advice or  the council money first to ensure that any benefit is claimed.

I have been informed of on case where a vulnerable tenant had been misinformed that she would have to take in a lodger. This matter has now been cleared up.
