I have revived information about our meeting I will post full information soon.

To day I revived notification about a planed power outage. This had me thinking is there any check to see that all vulnerable people will be looked after. I made a few call and could not get an answer.           

 

Well things are moving along and we will be calling a meeting soon to reform our wee group I hope to be able to inform you all soon & we will put flyers out a bit of effort but will not be to bad now that the weather is improving ( I hope ).

The above matter has been referred to cleansing and I hope they find out who is responsible.The council  unit  is just as easy to get to and it is free unless you are a business.

Monday morning meeting went well lots of good information on the way forward for passing out information to all tenants in East Renfrewshire ( E R ). The main part was what the format of the report that E R will be sending out to all tenants by the end of the year. It is hoped that it will be an easy read.

 This is at the top of Chapel St Barrhead East Renfrewshire.Your blogger recalls the area from youth there was a small garden center and a number of small works nature is now reclaiming the the area I wonder what the people of the future will think.

On Monday I will be off to a meeting in the council offices.This is about what is being called customer involvement and the preparation of the council's annual report. I will post more latter.

Do you or any one that you know dew to retire please get advice to make sure everything is in place on time.
I thought it would be a simple matter bit trying to read and complete all the paper work was a nightmare.

The long time empty block is a sad reflection on our wee bit of Barrhead. There is much needed houses including a four apartment I will continue to try to get more information on when something will be done. At present I understand the council are seeking legal advice on the issue.

It is hoped that work will continue with the roofing and rendering of our area.This is all included in the 2013/14 plan of works.

   

 

Just how I feel about repairs service there is historical issues about water entering part of the building it is only to apparent that there is something far wrong with records. Good as the staff are there are constant calls for access to check the same issues. It is to be hoped that when the new I T system comes in that time will be found  to input some of the historical repairs,checks or any other issue.

                          I do not blame the staff they are working under great pressure.

In the mean time do not forget that we could do with some help in getting our wee group back up and running please contact  us if you can assist. I could do with some help with distributing flyers ect for any meetings.

I am still waiting for complete feed back on our estate walk around I have had one and reported back to the person involved.
