It's that time again

Winter is coming. I see that people are being browbeaten into warning extra clothing or only heat one room in their homes. Please check on any vulnerable person near you.

I have spoken to staff from East Renfrewshire Council ( E R) about The Wall. no real answer but they have been warned.

Hi all

It's wet this morning .

I see work is progressing with the work's at 10 Kerr St Barrhead.. You could be forgiven asking why no weekend work considering the money East Renfrewshire Council ( E R )  are paying for this. The contractors should be required to work week ends.it is after all our money. It is true that this will give us much need social housing but we need these home now.

A long view

Work is moving on at the building works at 10 Kerr St. We need these homes.

Very soon work will also start on the roof & rendering on the rest of our homes you will recive information soon.

Morning al

I am pleased to see work is moving along with the repairs to the long term void in Kerr St Barrhead.
A large skip has arrived so far so good.We require the flats as soon a possible it will be good to see people in homes that will be returned to the social rental market & refurbished to a high standard.

Every meeting I attended with the council on housing issues I raised this issue they must have been sick of me asking but I do not care I asked & asked.

The next thing is The Wall.

This will not go away I will not give up

It's good news day

The work on the long term void block started this morning. There is one more bit of good news there will be one extra single unit. More news soon
